Really excited to share that our soft set honey won a star in the great taste awards!! I’m so proud about getting this award. It means so much to me. I’m only a small producer and I have to do everything by hand.
I spent a long time choosing the honey from our hives that went into making the soft set honey and then stirred it over a number of days to get the fudgy texture. (Judge’s words!) that was the finished product.
