Our Story
Merry May Honey is a small family business run by me, Martyn the beekeeper and my apprentices, partner Sally and son Tom. Growing up and living in a rural community has given us all a passion for nature and doing what we can to protect it for future generations. What better way to do that than keeping bees and encouraging natural pollinators.
Martyn started keeping bees in 2016, with a single hive in the back garden. With some very hands on learning, trials and triumphs we now have permanent and temporary apiaries in a number of local locations taking advantage of the wonderful variety of flowers available for our honeybees.
