Ever wondered what it’s like to be a beekeeper, curious about the inner workings of a hive or perhaps you’re looking for a unique gift for someone special? Perhaps you’re looking for a unique group experience for work or friends?

Why not try our Beekeeping Experience. A relaxed and informative afternoon learning about our friends the bees, how they live, how we look after them and what we can do to help protect them.

Beekeeping experiences run for approximately 3 hours, including welcome refreshments, an introduction to honeybees, honey tasting, hands on hive inspection and candle-making. Light afternoon tea is provided and there is plenty of opportunity to ask questions.

Experiences run between May to August.

Adult £65, Children £35 (with accompanying paying adult).
Family (2 adults and 2 children) £140.
Minimum age 8.
Maximum group size 6.

Beekeeping is weather dependent so experience days may need to be postponed at short notice.
